Disappointing
1I used this cream many times, unfortunately this last order came as a shock, cream is so runny, like a lotion consistency and doesn’t feel the same on my skin. Cream used to be thick and only needed a tiny bit, not sure why it’s been changed?! So disappointing, very upset as it’s expensive and this time feels like an absolute waste of money.

24 hour balance
4Texture is lovely, not greasy and disappears into your skin. Smell not so great unlike the intense hydration cream which smells divine- almost addicted to the smell

Brilliant moisturiser
5Absolutely in love with this product. Having struggled with my skin and acne for many years this is one of the products which has literally helped me perfect my skin. It’s brilliant for my combination, blemish prone skin that needs decent hydration. It’s effective at hydrating but not at all greasy and soaks into the skin beautifully.

Change in texture of product
2I agree that the product seems to have changed. It’s definitely not as creamy as my previous jar and doesn’t leave my skin as soft etc. disappointed as I love ESPA.

change of moisturiser
4For many years I have use the Tri-active regenerating moisturiser, but the rise in price made me re-think. This light and easily absorbed cream is a good replacement. I will maybe try others to see which will be my new 'favourite'

Has product changed??
3I’ve been using varios Espa products along with the 24 hour moisturizer and 24 hour eye cream for years. Absolutely loved the rich creamy texture of the face cream and especially the results on my skin. Weekly I would use the replenish oil for additional boost. Has the 24 hour face cream product changed? My last order the cream was very liquid, and now half the product down, my face in dry, losing all luster!!! Doubling up on replenish treatment oil daily. VERY disappointed!

Best moisturiser
5Tried so many different brands over the years but this is the best moisturiser for combination skin and smells amazing. Wouldn't use anything else now.
