Change in product packaging and size
1Due to change in product packaging and size - I prefer the pump and the 25ml size. Same price for less product is making me reconsider my eye care regime and I will be seeking alternatives. Really disappointed that ESPA have taken this route with loyal customers.

Don’t like the new pot
3This was My favourite eye cream, unfortunately ESPA have changed the packaging from pump to a pot. I much prefer the pump as it can easily dispense the right amount of product with no wastage. Also there is now much less product in the pot than the pump. Please ESPA bring back the pump style dispenser.

5Since I first used this cream several years back I am constantly amazed at how good it is. I won'y buy any other and have encourages friends and family to try. My only HUGE criticism is the new packaging has meant less product for more money (!). A bit of an insult to your customers ESPA.

5I didn't realize how much I loved this product until I ran out and had to use something else. Super hydrating and made my eye area look so radiant and healthy. Only thing is it didn't absorb very easily - I had to really warm between my fingers first and then tap it in for like 2 minutes straight. OTHERWISE amazing, sadly it's a lilll too expensive for me to keep repurchasing every 3 months, but highly recommend if you can splurge!

Disappointing packaging
1After many years of using this eye cream I am so sad that it now comes in an unhygienic little pot rather than the brilliant pump which dispensed just the right amount and also you now get a lot less product for your money!! Come on Espa do you take is for fools??

Please change the packaging back to the pump
1This product is honestly amazing, it does keep my under eyes moisturized and is my go to eye cream. But I’m very sad and disappointed that the pump has been replaced with a tiny jar. I find the jar to be unhygienic. There is also less product for the price. Please bring the pump packaging back and I will consider buying the product again. Otherwise, I am considering trying another brand.

Disappointed
1Just about to re-purchase as have been using the eye cream fo years and it is a great product. A inconvenient jar now instead of a great pump, and a reduction from 25ml to 15ml is really disappointing. May not now re-purchase.
