Usually the products and service at ESPA are of a high standard. However, in this order I benefitted from a free Lift and Firm Face Collection set. I followed the application instructions on the cards within the bags and had a huge reaction on my face from the products. The reaction became even more extreme when exposed to sunlight. I've used a lot of ESPA products and this has never happened, except when I used an old eye cream, which made me wonder how long these samples may have been boxed up waiting to be used. I did email ESPA as I was gravely concerned about how red, blotchy and itchy my face was but received no response (that was 2 weeks ago).

My very 1st order -I was emailed to let me know delivery date and I was able to choose a one hour delivery slot. Very impressed. Following order I placed no delivery notification the order therefore arrived unexpectedly and was left with a neighbour I did not know- disappointed.
