3It doesn't feel right on my skin, it's hard to explain. It almost feels like my skin isn't clean after I've used it. It's like cleaning my face with just water. I don't know how much I trust that it's actually cleaning my skin. It also makes my eyes red afterwards.

5lost some of the product on delivery as it had leaked in the box, then when I went away for the weekend it leaked again. Having had this happen before I always tighten the lid. At this price losing product in this way is terrible, I wish that the packaging was more secure.
