2Received email of apology nearly a month ago,was promised a kit and missing samples that never arrived ! Very disappointed in initial service and now furthermore more disappointed in follow up promises from Espa that weren't carried out.

3Not good customer service was promised two samples,after several emails saying they had posted missing sample,did not and prob will not receives. False offer,false promises - very bad consumer care !!
