5Placed my order on 10 Dec but never received it, had to phone up to sort it out. The order arrived the next day. Very good service, although I was promised a refund on shipping and handling charges that never materialised.

5They are just some of the best products I have ever had the pleasure of using. My husband and I are addicted to the bath oils and candles as they are exactly what you need after a stressful day. And not to mention the packaging, it is absolutely lovely. Just love-love-love ESPA.
