Placed my order on 10 Dec but never received it, had to phone up to sort it out. The order arrived the next day. Very good service, although I was promised a refund on shipping and handling charges that never materialised.

They are just some of the best products I have ever had the pleasure of using. My husband and I are addicted to the bath oils and candles as they are exactly what you need after a stressful day. And not to mention the packaging, it is absolutely lovely. Just love-love-love ESPA.

My original order for my mums birthday was missing an item. When I contacted ESPA about it they were fantastic, no quibbles & sent out the missing item straight away & even gave a few samples with it. Fantastic.
