Awful!
I got this as part of a glossy box and I can honestly say this is the worst shampoo I've ever used. My hair absolutely stinks and is so knotty I can barely get a brush through it! Steer clear!!!

I love the bergamot range, quite often can find it in rooms in hotels which use Espa products and am always very excited to find them.
