All good apart from the free gifts were not in the package - so have rated this poor. If you are not going to send the free items, dont promise you are, tempting people to spend more than they would have!

My only comment would be is that I thought I was going to receive 2 sample products and didn't. This was a gift for my daughter and she has ordered many Espa products and is very pleased with them but has always received some free products.

I have used one so far and it's amazing. My neck was very stiff, so is my back and shoulders. Now I am very comfortable. Didn't need a massage from a professional even!!
