Another fantastic product from ESPA, everyone who comes to our house comments how nice it smells because of the diffusers. My only gripe with ESPA is that they do not offer a refill for the diffusers, every time ours run out we have to buy another full diffuser set including the glass vessel. Surely it would be more environmentally friendly to offer a refill, I know this is available for salons so should be rolled out to the general public.

I bought this after a weekend away at a spa hotel where they had a number of these placed all around and the smell was absolutely amazing! We purchased one immediately on our return but the produce we received seemed to be of different quality to those in the hotel. The liquid was clear in colour instead of a light gold and the smell was very lemony and quite overpowering. It does however have a very clean smell which works wonders in the bathroom!

Sorry to rate it so low but all the espa diffusers we've had in the past have been nothing short of amazing but this one just didn't smell great. After the 1st week or so the smell changed and smelt a bit off somehow - unfortunately I had to empty the diffuser.
