I have ordered a few times and mainly gifts for my family , I have three daughters and son in law who use your products , I always feel happy and content when I have ordered by phone, the lady who takes the order generally the same, is more than helpful and very efficient. We have a local salon in Lymm who stock your products and often buy from them too.

The Energising body oil is not the product I was looking to purchase (ie a hot oil). The description suggested it was however, having previously had one of their other products I think I have purchased the wrong one. Expensive mis-purchase!!

A series of unfulfilled promises lead to a delay of two weeks before I received the product. This involved DPD as well as ESPA. However thanks to Sue's efficiency the problem was eventually resolved
