When item arrived was quite disappointed. Felt it was Very expensive (£35) for what essentially is samples sizes products in a nice bag. It was a present for my mother in law and mortified she will think I have given her free samples.

ESPA order system and products are great - delivery lets you down - dealing with a delivery company who won't advise of time of delivery and ultimately result in customers having to collect from their depot, in itself then lacking in any service, is a very poor interface for such a lovely product! Please think again on this element of your service
