5This oil is absolutely amazing. Since lockdown I’ve worked out daily to stay fit stay sane. My body feels amazingly relaxed after showering and applying this oil. It’s soothes tense muscles and makes my skin feel soft and silky I’d recommend it 100% to anyone. My partner loves a massage with it too so it’s man friendlyÂ

5I love anything ESPA and I'm rarely disappointed. This Fitness Body Oil is no exception, I cant start the day without it. Beautiful smell, glides on and no sticky after residue. Buy it, try it, you wont be disappointed.

Gym essential!
5Essential for after the gym. Nothing is as good at reducing muscle soreness after a workout. Have to have a supply of Fitness Oil! Allows me to get on with my day even after a really tough workout. My bit of luxury after the gym. Smells lovely too. Perfect present for the gym lover in your life.

5This is a great muscle soother body oil after a tennis match. It really does reduce muscle aches and spasm and smells heavenly too.

5Amazing product that relaxes tight muscles after a workout. Better than direct application pain killing gels. Great for strains and sprains as well. My go to product after workout or sports. Gym bag essential! Can't live or workout without it.

Fitness Fanatic oil
5I love this oil, I’ve got a slight injury to my shoulder from running with my dog on the lead and when I get back from a run I massage this oil in and it helps loosen it up. I also use it all over after a bath or shower. It smells FANTASTIC and makes me feel like I’ve been to a spa.

Post Workout Treat
4Bought this as a post workout treat to incentivise me into the gym. It’s lovely - I adore body oil anyway and the smell and texture are gorgeous- I often get comments in changing room about the delicious smell . I am not loosing any weight at the gym but my skin is fab . Deducted a star for the bottle - just pouring it into my hand means I tend to use too much and waste it  - need a better system . Apart from that I love it 😀
