I love all the ESPA products I use at home and I combine them with regular ESPA facials at a local salon. My skin has such an improved feel and glow to it and it always feel clean and moisturised all day long. As someone who used to spend around £10 on face wash and a moisturiser I certainly feel these products are well worth the money and are helping my skin. The ESPA team are extremely helpful and friendly. I'm a very happy shopper.

The information available at the time of ordering did not make it clear how to order my two free gifts. when I found out to do it , I found it was too late. I have therefore not bee able to request my two free gifts with this order. For your information I wanted the serum and the radiance moisturiser. Additionally on my last order I was only sent one free gift even though I ordered over £100 worth of products. Not happy about that

I thought the service was excellent but you shouldn't advertise on your website two free samples with every order and then not include them!
