ESPA Lounge FAQs
You will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty programme when you create a new ESPA account or log in to an existing account. This means you don’t need to sign up separately to ESPA Lounge.
We recommend that you opt-in to our email marketing to ensure you receive updates about your ESPA Lounge account.
You’ll earn one Loyalty Point for every £1 you spend on www.espaskincare.com (excluding shipping fees).
ESPA Lounge supports all available currencies. The value of Loyalty Points will be based on the GBP value of a product on www.espaskincare.com even if you’re shopping in another currency.
All orders are eligible for Loyalty Points. You must be logged into a valid ESPA account to receive the Loyalty Points earned for any orders placed. If you place an order using Guest Checkout, you will not earn Loyalty Points on that order and your points will not be added retrospectively if you create an account later.
Loyalty Points will not be issued for any shipping costs or for the purchase of any ESPA gift-vouchers.
You can view your Loyalty Points balance by signing into ESPA, selecting My Account followed by Loyalty Reward.
If you’ve recently made an order, your Loyalty Points will update as soon as your full order has been shipped.
Your Loyalty Points will be valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account.
If you return an order, the Loyalty Points you earned on that order will be removed from your account.
ESPA Lounge is available to all International customers via www.espaskincare.com
Loyalty Points are always based on the GBP value of a product if you’re shopping on www.espaskincare.com
Your Loyalty balance determines your ESPA Lounge Level:
0 – 79 Loyalty Points = Bronze
80 - 149 Loyalty Points = Silver
150 – 249 Loyalty Points = Gold
250+ Loyalty Points = Platinum
Levels are valid for 12 months from the date you entered that Level.
Your ESPA Lounge Level will be valid for 12 months from the date you entered that Level. During this 12-month period, you’ll need to earn the qualifying number of Loyalty Points to remain in that Level, or you’ll risk being moved down a Level.
· To maintain Bronze you need to earn a minimum of 0-79 Loyalty Points
· To maintain Silver you need to earn a minimum of 80-149 Loyalty Points
· To maintain Gold you need to earn a minimum of 150-249 Loyalty Points
· To maintain Platinum you need to earn a minimum of 250+ Loyalty Points
If you do not meet the qualifying Loyalty Points total within 12 months, you will automatically be moved down a Level(s). If you’re opted-in to our marketing communications, we will email you a reminder before your Level expiration date.
Please note you may also move down a Level due to a refund.
If you are in Silver or Gold Level on www.espaskincare.com you’ll receive Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders. The cost of Standard Delivery will automatically be deducted from your basket when you check out.
If you are in Platinum Level on www.espaskincare.com you’ll receive Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders. The cost of Next Day Delivery will automatically be deducted from your basket when you check out.
You’ll earn 20 Loyalty Points for every product review you submit. The review must correspond to a product in your order history purchased after 1st November 2021. Reviews submitted on products purchased before 1st November 2021 will not be eligible. The Loyalty Points will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours of your review being verified. A maximum of 10 reviews per month will earn Loyalty Points.
At present, you cannot 'Opt Out' of ESPA Lounge but if you prefer to not receive our emails, please update your contact preferences.
Through standard checks, customers that have been flagged as breaching the Terms & Conditions of ESPA Lounge, are being removed from our loyalty programme.
