4First time delivered the box was burt open and contents spilled out - I phone Espa and it was redelivered very quickly

5i ordered my products to Ireland and the delivery company here were very bad. In my order from ESPA I provided all the correct delivery information. However the delivery company had the wrong address and wrong phone number so no contact was made. They did manage to use the correct email but never made contact except to give an expected delivery time. When they could not find the address or dial the number due there own records being incorrect they did not make contact with me. I phoned them over four times before I got through and could provide them details of their errors. I love ESpa and adore the high quality products but they need to work with their delivery provider to stop this mess occurring in the future
