5I got a sample of this in a gift set and was a little sceptical however my arm was aching and sore after exercise and decided to give it a go and it worked it relieved the pain and was able to lift my arm and better yet it smelled lovely thank you

amazing product
5This is an amazing product. I buy it at my SPA as my masseuse offered to use instead of usual pharmacy products. It was really good for me to cure any kind of pains or skin irritations. But it did magic to my father's joint pains. He was lumping for few years now but after few days applying this balm all severe pains went away, so I am about to order it again for all my family. Highly recommend (however tube is not very comfortable, because it is really hard to squeeze it out especially for elder people like my grandmother)

Great when I can get out of the tube!
4This balm was used on me at a spa and I really liked it and its effects. So, I ordered online. Same uplifting perfume from the essential oils, but I think I will wreck the tube before I've used it all. Have to work so hard to get it out. Have tried warming the tube, but the balm becomes quite runny. Seems to me it may be better to package it in a tub, it would then be easier to get at it. Love the effects when it is applied though. Balm 5 stars, packaging (for me) 1 star.

Perfect Relief
5A brilliant solution after the parkrun with tired muscles. The peppermint and eucalyptus works wonders and tingles nicely. A must have after exercise and a shower.

Muscle balm
5I ordered this following a treatment at an ESPA spa as I don't like back massages but am tense from sitting at a desk all day - this was used during my treatment and it felt amazing so I thought I would give it a go at home. I have used a number of times now and it really seems to take the stress away from my back and relax me - and the bonus is how lovely it smells! I've also started using after a HIIT session to relax my back and leg muscles and seems to be working a treat as aching muscles for me anymore.

Muscle balm
4This is an amazing product , clears sinus ( I have really bad ones) brillant for sore muscles and tired limbs great for colds also . It smells amazing . It only looses a star for the small tube its packaged in , hard to get out and lasts no length . The professional size in the lovely glass jar that they use in the spa itself is the way to show case this super product . The plastic tube does not do it justice and works out expensive which is a shame thks

Smells Amazing
5I purchased this alongside the Espa Fitness Body Oil. Depending on the style of workout I alternate between the two products. The cooling peppermint relaxes refreshes and revitalises. I would recommend this to those that prefer a more intense workout.

4I love the product but I don't like the packaging. It's very difficult to get the balm out of the tub.
