Order initially charged for item which should have been free. The Espa team rectified that. One product missing from order on call Espa they replaced it without any fuss

I love the products and the packaging. I think a richer face mask would benefit the range and also a specific neck firming cream . Also would it be beneficial to reuse the bottles etc and offer a credit on returns as an environmentally friendly option.
