Optimal Skin Cleansing Oil
5Just great. Couple of drops & use all over inc eyes. Then wash off. Replaced my cleansing cream after several years.

Gorgeous cleanser
5Really nice smooth oil cleanser, doesn’t leave residue on the skin and takes make up off easily. Smell isn’t too strong and it leaves my skin really smooth. Would recommend

Another great ESPA cleanser
4I was offered this product to try in exchange for an honest review. I was a bit apprehensive about a cleansing oil, given my combination/oily skin however I was in for a pleasant surprise! As with the rest of the optimal skin range this has a lovely (albeit delicate) scent, giving an aromatherapy boost to your cleansing routine. It’s great for removing makeup but also general cleansing, although I definitely found it more effective when removing with a muslin cloth. My skin feels soft and smooth afterwards, without any “tightness” that some cleansers give. I’ve been using this for 3 weeks and the level in the bottle has hardly gone down, so it will last ages. Overall I’ll be incorporating it into my skincare routine - my preferred cleanser is still ESPA Foaming Balancing Cleanser as I feel it’s best suited to my skin type, however this is a great addition for evening cleansing. I do think it would be a great cleanser for dry/mature skin, so will be asking my mum to try too.

Cleansing oil
4Used this product for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. You don’t need much - two squirts on a cleansing pad is sufficient so it will last a while. Obviously because it is oil based I would only use in the evening as it leaves the skin glowing so I didn’t use any cream afterwards as my skin was sufficiently moisturised. On a negative point I think the packaging should be plastic rather than glass the bottle is quite heavy so I don’t think I will take this with me if I travelled anywhere - maybe something to think about ESPA. Overall happy I found it lifted dirt and make up from my skin easily. Would recommend.

Optimal skin cleaning oil
4This cleanser doesn’t have the strongest scent which is usual with ESPA products. It feels silky smooth when applied to dry skin as an oil and then creamy when washed off with water leaving skin feeling soft. As you only need a few drops each time you use the bottle lasts a really long time.

A new product for Hope
4This was a change for me which I have been using only for a week. I have used a similar cleansing product in the past so I was pleased to return to this cleansing oil based face wash. For a 68 year old woman I like the way it leaves my skin feeling softly cleaned. I look forward to seeing if it can improve my overall skin condition.

Fantastic cleanser
5I absolutely love this, it melts even heavy makeup and the skin feels so clean and moisturised after using it. I use it as the first step in my double cleanse, I prefer it to the balm I used previously and I intend to keep using it. It smells incredible and a little goes a long way, highly recommended.

Luxurious cleansing product that leaves skin feeling well nourished
5This is a luxurious cleansing product that removes make-up easily and leaves your skin feeling soft, silky and well nourished. It doesn't dry out or tighten your skin like some water based or cream based cleansers. This is my new go-to cleanser! Highly recommend it.
