Order initially charged for item which should have been free. The Espa team rectified that. One product missing from order on call Espa they replaced it without any fuss

I really like Espa but find it very expensive. I only buy it when given money for Christmas and birthdays. I wish there were offers with money off sometimes or discounts at certain times of the year. I would buy it more often and even give it as presents.
