Takes off make up well and leaves the skin feeling soft. Not a fan of the bottle opening as sometimes you can waste a lot of the product when it fires out.

Still didn't receive promised kit and samples, dreadful misleading customers with false expectations. Not good customer service at all!

Received email of apology nearly a month ago,was promised a kit and missing samples that never arrived ! Very disappointed in initial service and now furthermore more disappointed in follow up promises from Espa that weren't carried out.
