5Unfortunately I have very thick hair very long hair this shampoo although very nice and smells nice didn't shampoo my hair well it would have been better if the bottles where not pump bottles as I had to use a lot to get enough shampoo to wash my hair, unfortunately my hair didn't feel like it had had a good wash and it made my hair very very dry, I'm still trying to get it back to its original soft and silky state

5These products were in a spa hotel - I have an expensive hair straightening /conditioning treatment at the hairdressers for which I am meant to use a 'specialist' shampoo. ESPA is so much better and smells nicer too.

5Best shampoo I've ever used. Take it with me to the hairdressers who say my hair is in the best condition it's ever been. Love the smell. Won't buy anything else, now on 3rd bottle.

4Love the bergamot and jasmine shampoo, which I was given at recent hotel stay...it was the sample bottle which I thought was so good, I was happy to spend on this luxury. Unfortunately have been advised by customer services the sample shampoo is only available to spas. The purifying shampoo is just not for me anywhere near as good, so unlikely to purchase again. I think it's daft you would have an great product which is given out in samples but not sell to the public, definitely lost sale and loss of a new customer.
