Had a slight problem with one of the items I had ordered not being delivered. Only took one very quick phone call and problem was resolved and received extra samples to compensate. Excellent products and excellent customer service.

Disappointed at size of exfoliator.......and in a jar, i had it previously in a tube and a 35ml size. difficult to get out of jar and feel i would much rather have in a tube......
