I love ESPA products and their online service is very good - extremely reliable and shipping time is not too long. What I do not like is the amount packaging that is used if you only order one or two products. Surely, a third of the packaging would be sufficient and help preserve the planet's resources.

I love it! My skin feels so good after use. I'm 60+ and my skin regime is very important to me. I had a sample of the Refining Skin Polish through the Daily Mail and, after use, couldn't wait to order the full size.
