My problem was the website ordering for the voucher I had received, as a valued long term customer, at a salon. The process made me very frustrated,- lots of out of stocks etc. so much so, that I angrily phoned for assistance. However, once I had taken the time to do do this, the staff were EXCELLENT in helping. And thanks to the woman I spoke to, I got my order, thereafter. Thank goodness you have staff like that!!!!

My only criticism would be that the Men's face wash was taken out of range and no notification was posted on the website.

I love the products and think the service I received was excellent! I like the fact I got the little samples as now I have tried some different products I will definately be buying those products next time!
