I tried to book it on line but as I'd previously registered it wouldn't allow me. This didn't make sense so I raised it with the person who I spoke to when I called. She told me someone from IT would sort it for me and that I would be informed but I have heard nothing.If I can't go online next time I'll probably shop elsewhere.

It would be nice if ESPA dilivers by post its products also to Russia. I had to ask my friend, who lives in London to pick up my order and send it to me in Moscow. It cost some inconvinience to me and my friend. I want to have the possibility to buy ESPA without overpaying as in Moscow it costs double price and wihout cost trouble to my friends.
