I ordered 4 products three weeks ago and currently have 1 of the products. I have sent two emails (after one week and two weeks of ordering) notifying ESPA customer services of the missing items and have twice been told they will be dispatched with high priority. Whilst the email responses I had were polite the is no evidence of following up by staff to check that actions have been taken and products dispatched.

The bottle needs a plastic stopper which doses the oil. It is very difficult to limit the amount of oil that comes out of the bottle and I am ending up with a palm full of oil. In fact I am already halfway down the bottle, I use it morning and evening and whilst I am very impressed with the quality of the oil, cannot afford to buy another bottle so quickly. Please include some sort of plastic dosing stopper with the bottle.
