Won’t buy again

The recent reviews are correct. Purchased this diffuser for years and now the new version barley lets out a scent. Very disappointed and won’t be buying again. ESPA will need to take notice of this consistent feedback.

Nothing like the old formula….more diluted..smaller and priced! Why mess with a good  thing…bring back the old formula This use to penetrate thru out my room and smelled like a spa..new version is definitely not worth it!

I love this scent, been buying it for years and agree wholeheartedly with the other reviews who mention it’s demise. It feels as though I’ve grown up and realised Mars bars are REALLY tiny now.  The smell is still almost there, but needs it’s longevity back - your loyal and valued customers will leave you if you try to make money out of us just because you can.  ***please bring it back****

What have ESPA done?  Why change what’s not broken! I have been using this diffuser for years and always had comments on the lovely smell in my home.  Now the aroma is very weak and not worth the price tag!  Have read the previous posts it looks like I’m not alone in noticing the change to the product. Please ESPA bring it back and you will have many more happy customers.

Bring back the old formula

Have bought the restorative diffusers for years.  The scent fills the room and they usually last 5/6 months.  The new style is no where near the same quality.  Can’t smell it when I walk past and I am so disappointed.  I love the restorative smell as it reminds of my local spa at Turnberry but now I’m on the search for a new home fragrance and the quality is just not there anymore.

I received this as a gift and love that it is isn't overpowering just a subtle aroma and definitely think it has cleansed the air and given my living room a positive vibe will definitely buy myself once this needs replacing

Disappointed is an understatement. The new version seems smaller, is more expensive & is a very poor replacement for the former product. I have these in a few rooms & can never smell unless I stand right next to them. I loved the old product but will definitely be shopping elsewhere until Espa sort this.

Don’t waste your money!!

I used to use different Espa diffusers In most rooms in my home. Not any more they don’t last half as long, definitely doesn’t smell as strong or fill the room with fragrance like they used to. I’m so disappointed as I used to get compliments all the time about how lovely my home smell.

I've had this diffuser in my house for several years, and recently bought this new style, expecting it to be the same. The scent is weaker than before, and doesn't last as long, so am searching for a different brand.
