I tried to order some products on line just a few days ago and found that my password wasn't accepted. I changed it. It still didn't accept it so I didn't order. I have now missed the offers that were on at the time and I'm not very pleased about it.

The point I made to customer services was in respect of this product. I found that the moisturiser hardened in the nozzle of the dispenser creating a small plug which wasn't usable and proved extremely wasteful

The company is good and reliable for delivering the products. Quiet often there are problems with the website for placing orders which can be frustrating, this is the only thing I would suggest to improve.

Always very quick service, lovely packaging and excellent quality products. I have never had a problem so I can comment on customer service. If you love ESPA products like me then you will be happy every purchase!
