210 days after ordering and paying, no products and no email. Contact customer service and poor response 'our computers are down'. This was for a birthday present now passed. Great disappointment.

5Although delivery charge was a bit expensive it was worth it. Fantastic speed of delivery. Also texts asking preferred delivery method fantastic, especially for those working full time. Very impressed with delivery.

5Arrived quickly and very well packed. However as the products were so small they could have gone in a small padded envelope rather than a box that doesn't fit through the letterbox.
