3I returned the product by post on 14.12.2113 as I ordered the wrong one. I telephoned a representative who gave me details of the address to return it to and told me I would receive an email to confirm this. Todate, I have not received an email about the returned product even though I have requested one.

5My problem was the website ordering for the voucher I had received, as a valued long term customer, at a salon. The process made me very frustrated,- lots of out of stocks etc. so much so, that I angrily phoned for assistance. However, once I had taken the time to do do this, the staff were EXCELLENT in helping. And thanks to the woman I spoke to, I got my order, thereafter. Thank goodness you have staff like that!!!!
