Issues with delivery- website doesn't advise that courier is used resulting in seriously limited and difficult delivery options unless you pay huge additional fees. This puts me off buying direct. I'll buy from a salon from now on. That said, telephone service to resolve said delivery issues was excellent.

The products are great. I was only disappointed with one thing. I put my items in the cart and noticed a free overnight gift set (or something similar) but when I paid with my gift card, the free gift disappeared. Gift cards should not be treated differently than other forms of payment.

Very quick service however did not receive my 4sample pack. Really can see a difference in skin wrinkles less obvious !!
