When I received my order, I only received the trail gifts and m products did not arrive. I phone ESPA customer service and the lady was very helpful and the products arrived in time for Christmas. However, I have experienced problems with the web site and it kept crashing and at one time, I was not sure if my order had been accepted.

My problem was the website ordering for the voucher I had received, as a valued long term customer, at a salon. The process made me very frustrated,- lots of out of stocks etc. so much so, that I angrily phoned for assistance. However, once I had taken the time to do do this, the staff were EXCELLENT in helping. And thanks to the woman I spoke to, I got my order, thereafter. Thank goodness you have staff like that!!!!
