4Product is excellent but really should be in a pipette bottle!! The opening is too wide and it is very difficult to dispense only the small amount that you need! At £68 for 28ml, this is way too expensive to waste. My hand wobbled and about £5 worth came out into my palm unintentionally. Rang Espa who made sympathetic noises but refused to send me a pipette bottle to transfer it into! Had to go out and purchase my own, can't afford to waste any more oil! Poor service from a high end company and poor packaging for a high end product! Disappointed with Espa's response!
